1. What we collect

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and account type. When you list a property, book a stay, or message another user, we store the details you provide (listing information, booking dates, chat messages). If you enable push notifications, we store a device subscription so we can deliver them.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the Platform: showing your listings to other users, connecting you with buyers/tenants/owners, processing bookings and payments, sending you relevant notifications, and improving search results (for example, recommending listings based on what you've viewed or saved).

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card number or banking credentials on our servers.

4. Sharing your data

We share your name and contact details with another user only when necessary to facilitate a conversation, booking, or transaction you initiate (for example, an owner sees a buyer's name when they message about a listing). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we anonymize your personal details (name, email, password) immediately; some records tied to transactions with other users (bookings, payments, messages) may be retained in anonymized form to preserve those other users' own transaction history.

7. Your rights

You can review and update your account details, and you can delete your account at any time from My Account. For any other data request, contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
