By accessing or using PropStack ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
PropStack is a listings marketplace that connects property owners, brokers, and builders with buyers and tenants. We are not a party to any transaction, tenancy, or sale agreement made between users of the Platform, and we do not verify the legal title, condition, or accuracy of every listing beyond the voluntary verification process described on the Platform.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and when listing a property. Accounts found to be posting fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading listings may be suspended or removed without notice.
Owners, brokers, and builders are solely responsible for the accuracy of the listings they post, including price, availability, and property details. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, applicable law, or our content guidelines.
Where the Platform facilitates a booking or payment (for example, short-stay bookings), the contract for that stay or transaction is between the guest and the property owner. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway; the Platform does not store your full card or payment credentials. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on how refunds are handled.
You may not use the Platform to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, scrape or resell data without permission, or attempt to circumvent security features.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropStack is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from a transaction, tenancy, or communication between users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
